The postage stamp issue "ПТН ПНХ! (FCK PTN!)" features the graffiti that the England-based street artist Banksy made on the wall of a destroyed house in Borodianka, Kyiv region. In 2022, the artist created seven graffiti in Ukraine, and it is for a reason that Ukrposhta chose the one depicting a judoka knocked out by a boy. For Ukraine and every Ukrainian, 2022 was the year of David's battle with Goliath. "ПТН ПНХ! (FCK PTN!)" is the first postage stamp in the world featuring graffiti by Banksy. "ПТН ПНХ!
