If you are interested in getting more than 1 lot I'm not sure if I was able to set the listing up right to only have the one shipping charge, but that would be the intention if I can figure it out. If you want just 3 needles then put in quantity of 1 as that's how it's set up. If you want 12 needles then put in quantity of 4, like that, as each 1 quantity is for 3 needles. The item winner is to pay for the shipping charge ebay sets there, if you get more than one thing try to use the 'add to cart' button instead of the 'buy it now' one as sometimes that way the computers can figure out the postage savings automatically....still though sometimes we just have to do it later. Anyhow, I'm just an easy going farmer so if you aren't happy with the item, no big deal, just let me know.
