Cosmetically excellent. Includes original box, instructions and warranty. Box is generally very good. Tested with some of our slides and the slider works fine, focuses nicely. The metal vented cover over the bulb has a very tiny dent, hard to notice. I took a picture to try to show it. The blower does NOT seem to work. The instructions say it is "silent", but I still think you should see some evidence of it working. Which I do not.Caution: Do not use until you figure out the blower issue.
