Antique OM Franklin Products Rare Animal Umbilical Cord Severing Tool. Measurements: 18" total length with 5.25" hard rubber grips. It has the trademark stamp and Patent 1877276 on the top left corner. Manufactured by OM Franklin in Amarillo, Texas, U.S.A. There is wear consistent with age and use including some rusting.
