This is not a model kit; it is a finished and painted piece as shown in the pictures here and is ready for use or display. This replica does NOT have electronics or functioning sound effects.When Gardner loses his green ring, he sets out on a quest to regain his power and identity. He invades Qward to find the original yellow power ring of Sinestro, but learns it never returned to Qward. He then travels to Oa and finds it on the then-deceased Sinestro's hand.He modified his costume to be similar to his Green Lantern costume, but in blue. The Qwardian yellow ring needs to be used against the rings of Green Lanterns to absorb and restore its power. Now with the yellow ring, Guy Gardner returns to Earth and eventually rejoins the Justice League. He used the ring for some time, until it was destroyed by the Hal Jordan/Parallax entity.When designing this ring, we looked at as many images from its comic appearances as we could find. We tried to stick closely to the look in the comics while still adding some nuances that made it look like it might be a construct of the real world.We pride ourselves on doing quality work that exceeds discerning collectors' expectations. For that reason, the ring was designed to look great on display but is also excellently suited for Cosplay.
