Vintage Alpina Forest Super Pro 120 Chainsaw Power Head Made In Italy Description Our SKU: 11199125 Item Brand: Alpina Item MPN: This vintage Alpina Super Pro 120 chainsaw power head is being sold as is for parts or repairs. The saw was missing the carburetor when received and had numerous mud dobber nests in it. Few hours cleaning to inspect it. The piston and cylinder look very good with no visible scoring and only minor wear. The recoil is working, but there are three fins broken off on the starter housing (see photo's). It has a hole in the clutch cover, but the clutch looks good. Also, a small piece of plastic is broken off on the rear handle. Replaced the starter handle with a cheap one so could at least test it for spark. It has good strong spark. The fuel tank looks clean as well. There is only one bar nut, and bar plates are both present. It would make a good parts saw, or if you had an extra Tillitson HS-144B, sure you could make it run again.
