Vintage carved box of old 18 hat pins. Some are VERY long and one is Art Nouveau in what looks like brass with a cabochon stone in shades of pink and green. ( 9 inches long)One has silver reflective chips with colored stones on top. ( 8 inches long) Could this be Edwardian? There is one that is big, thick and beaded ( 8 inches long) The beads are starting to come off. Could this be Victorian? Jet beads, maybe a mourning hat pin?The rest vary from 10-3 inches long. I don’t know if the 2 small ones- gold and lucite are hat pins or stick pins. The long gold with cabochon and the small gold one do not test gold but appear to be very soft on the testing stone so maybe they are gold filled. The box is carved and some the edges need glue. It has floral carving on the top of lid, inside lid and the outside edges. I have not messed with these at all. I don’t know much about Hat pins.
