Old school BMX Potts Mod hollow stem bolt for old and mid school quill stems. This is use to route your front brake cable through your fork steer tube allowing for bar spins (assuming you're running a rotor or gyro for the rear brake) These were made for us by Dia-Compe to be used with the new Tuf-style stems, but will fit many other stems - please sure the
specifications below to determine if it will work with your stem. Notice the wedge is fully ramped - therefore, this will NOT work on an original Tuf Neck or Pro Neck or some ACS stems (they require a stepped wedge).
