This is a vintage wood box for The Sterling Combination Water Bottle & Fountain Syringe, used for enemas and douches. Other than the box, all that is included are four (4) nozzles on a pivoting stand that nests inside the lid. No syringe or other fittings are present. The box is in excellent condition, with relatively minor wear or distress to the outside. The clasp works well, and the hinges are tight. The label on the interior is very clean and intact, and the pivoting stand for the nozzles is tight and moves easily without being too loose. The nozzles themselves appear to be in good condition.
