This listing is for an older unused IMMI wheelchair seat belt tie down strap, part number F15400. The plastic cover on the belt the belt needs to be repaired due to faulty manufacturing quality control. The sealed "seam" will need to be repaired (picture). This item does have some shelf/storage wear due to it's age. If there are any issues with this part I will gladly take the item back for a full refund.
