YOUR MOTOR WILL HAVE THE GEAR ATTACHED. THE ONE IN THE PICTURES HAD THE GEAR REMOVED SO THE TACHOMETER WOULD ACCURATELY READ THE OUTPUT SHAFT SPEED.
