Victorian Brown button spats/shoe covers. I don’t know the history on these, but they came out of my great grandma’s house 30 years ago. All buttons are intact. No buckle bottom. There’s a 6 (?) stamped on the inside. Other than a couple of very minor moth spots (?) they are in really great condition. See pictures.
