This item is complete in box. It appears new but since the seal is broken and I am not the original owner, I listed as Used for transparency. Please review pictures, the only blemishes I could find were specks where bottom of the bottle sits — which I don’t know if that’s factory blemish or use and some water spots inside the large container from when it was cleaned.
