This is a pair of two vintage Kensington Ware modernist art deco Bowls circa 1934-1935. They are aluminum with a beautifully detailed cast brass handle designed by Lurelle Guild. They measure 3-1/2" in diameter (handle was not included in measurement) X 1-1/2" tall and are in good vintage condition with only a few scratches. Perfect to be used as condiment or sauce bowls. Both are marked with the Kensington K - deer mark. Any questions, please email. Thanks! In 1934 Alcoa introduced a revolutionary new line of aluminum alloy giftware and domestic items designed by American pioneer industrial designer Lurelle Guild. Called Kensington Ware, these relatively expensive, slick, machine-age objects were in an unmistakenly Art Deco style with cast brass accents.
