color photos and diagrams.The early issues were published by Symbol of Excellence Publishers, Inc. with editor Barbara Cockerham who also contributed many articles and designed many samplers.The publisher changed to Hoffman Media, Inc.at Issue 13, 1994.The publisher changed to Annie's at Issue 70, Spring 2013.The editor changed to Lorna Reeves starting at Issue 35, Summer 2004.The editor changed to Elizabeth Pugh starting at Issue 48, Fall 2007.The editor changed to Phyllis Hoffman DePiano at Issue 57, Winter 2009.The editor changed to Christy Schmitz at Issue 70, Spring 2013.The volume numbers and dates are copied from the magazines.There are missing volume numbers and missing years.
