Type 18s date from 1946 - 1947 just after WWII only. This later Stanley No. 7 jointer plane looks pretty good. There are no structural problems, rust or pitting to speak of. The japanning has peeled in a few spots. The nice, near full length cutter is proper. Rear tote has a glue line near the top horn. The plane has been lightly cleaned and is ready to go back to work.
