Honey colored antique wooden hat mold is a piece of art! Perfect for millinery enthusiasts or for the steampunk / industrial look. The primitive form was used to create a cap style of hat. Might have been used to make an ascot hat.The circumference measures just about 20-1/2 inches. The wood measures about 4 inches in height when measured from the table it is sitting on to the highest point. Without the bill, the block measures 7-1/2 inches in length x 6-1/2 inches wide. The entire piece measures 9 inches long (with the bill) x 6-1/2 inches wide. The wood shows age-related marks / pin holes / scratches / hairlines / old tape residue. See photos.
