Antique Desk Thermometer Advertising Hipp & Larkin Conoco Hutchinson Kansas RARE

This very rare advertising piece definitely shows its age but defying all odds has survived with the thermometer working. As can be seen in photos the wording is somewhat obscured but readable. In addition to the thermometer there are slots where information could be added to indicate when car maintenance items would be needed. It includes a wire stand.The 777 phone number reflects the age of the item. I have not been able to locate information about the Conoco Station under this name at 4th & Poplar in Hutchinson, but there was, in later years at the same location, a Verg & John's Conoco.
