Nice 1970’s Goshen Scout Camps (now called Goshen Scout Reservation) Camp P.M.I. neckerchief. Camp P.M.I. was a council camp for the National Capital Area Council, Bethesda, MD, and was closed in 2021 and all Webelos programs moved to Camp Ross. This neckerchief is new in the bag.
