Item: Vintage, 5 page typed letter from a frustrated wife who is separating from her husband and writes to her brother in law to air her grievances. The number one problem in their marriage seems to be her husband's mother who lives in Iowa but had come and stayed with them for a few months. The mother-in-law is very jealous of the women in her two son's lives and lays the guilt trip on heavy. The woman writing this is a very thoughtful, intelligent person who has tried very hard to make her marriage work but finds herself at a crossroads in life, trying to figure out what her future holds. When she wrote this letter, she had already moved out of the marital home and had rented an apartment in Newport Beach, California I have posted 3 of the 5 pages to give you an idea of the content and the writer.
