This does not apply to the period between two connecting flights on the same itinerary. Effective May 1, 2025: One-time pass is not valid for access to Club Fly and other non-standard United Club concepts, as determined by United. Each one-time pass grants one person one-time access to a United Club location. A same-day boarding pass for travel on United, Star AllianceTM or a contracted partner operated flight is required for entry. United Club passes must be presented for admittance to the United Club and can be accessed through the United app or by printing them from your MileagePlus account on united.com. Access is subject to space availability. One-time passes have no cash value. Purchased passes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Each pass is valid until the expiration date indicated on it. Entry is subject to the terms at Fly - United Airlines and access policies at Fly - United Airlines, which may change with or without notice. Notice for passes issued as a United Co-Branded card benefit Effective May 1, 2025: Your one-time passes can be redeemed by you or your authorized users, and your accompanied guests. You may be asked to present your United co-brand card to verify entry eligibility. Primary cardmembers and authorized users must scan for entry into the United Club before their guests. Once all cardmembers and authorized users have scanned, accompanying guests may use their onetime pass. If the United Card account is closed or switched to a non-eligible product, United and your card issuer reserve the right to cancel and remove United Club passes from the associated MileagePlus account. Your card issuer is not responsible for the provision of, or failure to provide, United Club amenities.
