Comes with the programming manual, a couple of cables, a footswitch and some little outboard box as pictured. Whether that constitutes a complete system or perhaps there are parts missing what you see is what you get. The main box powers up as pictured but is otherwise untested. The little outboard box, the green button marked INT, that does not feel like it is actuating correctly, but this has been sitting unused for years so it may just need a shot of contact cleaner. However, IF you pay the Buy It Now price and find a problem that you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it for a refund of the purchase price.
