The filter adapter and the dew shield attach to the S30 using magnets. They are designed to be securely attached while remaining safe in case of accidental shutdown, they will detach without causing jamming or damage to the SeeStar S30. The Flexible Lens Cap is designed to be easily put on and removed without falling off unexpectedly. Accessories like the Bahtinov Mask and Diffraction Spikes Masks are designed to fit the S30 and other
accessories without applying unnecessary tension.IMPORTANT NOTE:Please ensure that the Magnet Filter Adapter and Dew Shield are always installed (for the filter adapter: 8 magnets side to the towards the telescope, 4 magnets side towards the stars) with the correct orientation on top of the lens housing. Improper installation may cause damage to the telescope if the telescope arm is closed. While closing the telescope arm with properly installed
accessories typically should not cause damage, it is still not recommended (except when using the Flexible Lens Cap), as it may place additional tension on the telescope's gears. Always verify that all
accessories are securely attached and properly aligned with the SeeStar lens, ensuring they do not obstruct the telescope aperture.Additional Notes:All parts are 3D printed.Not recommended for solar imaging, as the material may soften or warp under high temperatures (PLA matte withstands up to 50°C / 122°F).Sale includes
