This is a gorgeous set of fretwork sections from the mid 1800's. The intricate scrollwork is very creative and one of a kind. These pieces came from a historical Victorian home from Huntley Il. The house was built in 1820. These pieces were added around 1860. Oddly the wood was never finished so it can be left as is or easily stained to match someone’s decor. When we stumbled upon the house estate sale. These pieces were already removed. I do not know if they were hanging together but with the same artistry on each piece I would guess they were all part of the large parlor in some way. There are dowel marks on each piece. Please see photos for condition. There are a few missing pieces. And signs of age. Truly beautiful pieces. Large piece 65 ( just shy of 65”) x 21” (at longest)small piece 30” x 17 and 24.5” x 17”Please review photos as they are part of the description.. Dogs and cats will love you for your purchase as a portion of your purchase goes towards awesome animal shelters. 🐾❤️🐾
