Powers on and seems to work well although the battery will likely be dead by the time you get it. It is a police trade in, i thought that it would be agency unlocked but apparently it is agency locked, i sold it to a customer who wasnt anle to add it to his agency account. Camera is in good overall cosmetic condition with light and minor wear/ signs of use, lens is in good condition. Screen/display has some light scratches(pictured).
