This is the OESD (originally Scissortail Stitches until OESD bought them out) Big Blooms licensed machine embroidery CD by Kaffe Fasset. With these licensed designs, you may do the following:LICENSED If the embroidery CD, USB or downloaded design(s) is a LICENSED DESIGN, you have the RIGHT to: • Sew out the design on a gift. • Change the
size and
color of the design to your personal preference. • Sew out the design(s) on an item to be sold with a limitation of 25 items per collectionAlso, please note that the 4th design shown on the back cover has a mistake in the design size. It is NOT 13.04 x 3.99. It IS 3.04, not thirteen. These designs should fit into your 5 x 7 hoop with no trouble at all. The formats are: ART, DST, EMB, EXP, HUS, JAN, PCS, PES, SEW, VP3 and XXX. The USPS raised its prices on July 13, 2025. I do combine shipping if immediate payment is not being required.
