Ronald C. Harrison 1952 Buried Alive World Record 1952 Atlantic City Hess Rare Vintage Original PhotoDuring the summer of 1952, Ronald C. Harrison did a "Buried Alive" stunt at the Steel Pier in Atlantic City and set a World Record after 42 Days. According to the information I found, Harrison was purportedly from Tampa, worked as a stuntman and went by the name "Mystery Atom" in performances. He was said to be a Sioux Indian.Photo has a "Fred Hess & Son" stamp on the reverse side.Measures approximately 7 1/2" x 8 3/8".The top left corner area of the photo is missing. The photo may have been trimmed along the edges. Item has heavy surface scratches, creasing, dinged edges and corners, edge tearing, bowing, staining, age discoloration and marks. There is staining on the back side, including lines from an old photo album. There is heavier tearing and creasing along the top edge, and the photo paper feels thinner quality, likely from the creasing and wear.Rare Photo Needs to be Historically Preserved. I have a second copy of this image as well, but it is affixed to an album page. It will also be made available to purchase. Please see photos for more information on condition and ask any questions you may have.
