The is Set of 13 Vintage Stamps St. LUCIA - All MH & MNH. Scott numbers are 95, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 149, 150, 199. All stamps are mint hinged except 199 which is mint never hinged. The stamps you see here are the ones that you will receive. I have been collecting for 60+ years and have done the best I can with the books and resources that I have collected over the years. As a long standing member of the American Philatelic Society , I have made every attempt to identify these stamps correctly. Returns are always accepted from customers, as long as they are returned in the same condition as shipped. See pictures for best description.
