Vintage Powder Flask with Flags and Civil War Cannon Brass and Copper

I couldn't find any markings on this. It has a great patina and looks old, but I don't know if it is a reproduction. I did see a similar one made by Winchester. It works well, but the lever is a little stiff. That's good. you want a little tension on it. This is very usable or would be a cool display item.
