Hi I am Candice, displaced quality manager working around my sons schedule. Every pan is cut to order on a CNC plasma table out of quarter inch steel. I then soften (grind) the edges down by hand to give the pan a nice round edge. I then clean the mill coating off with vinegar. Turn around on each plate is at least a day. Please understand that I am making them to order with my own hands. :)Buyer is responsible for seasoning pan, as everyone likes to choose their own oil type. I will wipe with a simple cooking oil but this is not considered proper seasoning. Time in oven and such is required as well. So please wash the pan when you recieve it and season it how you would like.Weights are calculated in the photo. I LOVE excel... ;) ifykyk
