Vintage Talavera Pottery Serving Bowls with Spoon Sunflower Folk Art Footed Mexico 3-pc SetCondition:This is a vintage three-piece set of Mexican serving bowls. They are hand-painted with a bright, sunflower design with a black background. They are footed. The set includes one large serving bowl, a smaller bowl for salsa, and a small serving spoon. The spoon is marked Mexico. I believe they are vintage Talavera pottery bowls. They have a glossy glaze. The large bowl measures 9.75" wide x 9.75" long x 3.25" tall. It weighs 1 lb 12 oz. The smaller bowl measures 6" wide x 6" long x 2" tall. It weighs 8 oz. The spoon is 6" long. The combined weight is 2 lb 7 oz. They are in very good condition. There is a little paint loss along the rims, but no chips. There is one crack on the underside of the small bowl that does not go through. It looks like part of the manufacturing process.
