Vintage 1989 Collegeville. Pa. Wizard of Oz Halloween Scarecrow costume. This is the 50th anniversary edition and is really nice shape. Mask has original bungee intact and outfit has original tie strings in excellent condition. Bottoms are still very soft, pliable and sharp. Childs
