Very scarce 1970 Theater Program for Circle in the Water. A ground-breaking early gay play by Gerry Raad. Apdapted and directed by Jerry Douglas. Performed at the Garrick Theatre on 152 Bleeker Street in New York City. Measures 6 inches by 9 inches. The play was about young men at a military school. The cast included Martin Kove (later of Karate Kid fame) and Calvin Culver (later known as gay film star Casey Donovan).See pictures for best description of condition. This is nice and intact. No marking. As you can see by the crease, it was folded down the middle length-wise at one point. A very rare and scarce piece. This great vintage programe has been properly stored bagged and boarded in the proper collecting supplies and will be shipped "bagged & boarded" and well packaged with stiff cardboard in the envelope.The buyer pays $6.85 ground advantage shipping.
