size XS--should fit most 0-4's--meant to have a slightly floaty fit. Color is Navy Blue. Style L8140. The yolk part of the top and flutter are a light shirting type cotton, the bodice part is more of a t-shirt knit cotton, single button at base of neck. Very cute and flattering. Approximate garment measurements: Armpit to armpit flat across=18", Length (top center of shoulder straight down to hem)=23". 100% cotton, machine washable. Non smoking home.
