1" paring chisel with stained Hornbeam handleThese chisels are made by Narex of the Czech Republic and are of exceptional quality. The blades are made from fine-grained, nicely tempered chrome-manganese steel and hardened to Rc 59. The blades take and hold an excellent edge. The blades are accurately ground and have a slim cross section. These paring chisels come in the following Imperial sizes: 1/4", 1/2", 3/4' 1" and 1 1/4". Bevels are ground at 25 degrees. Blades are 9 1/2" long. Handles are stained super-hard European Hornbeam and are 5 3/4” long. Overall sizes are a full 15 1/4". Blades have well-seated heavy steel tangs and handles have a solid brass ferrule. You decide how you want to pay and I will usually go along with it.
